These were refinished from an innerLos Angeles city college and unfortunately they stripped all the original stickers off. The paint is not your store bought spray paint. I believe it is enamel paint.. This stool is solid andall adjustments work with ease. Chairs do have faint minor scratches and some minor chipping randomly on edges.
