This is a trinket box that I purchased in a Fair Trade store in LaConner Washington. I believe the country of orgin was Kenya. It is a beautiful box, with vibrant glass beads that sparkle im the sun. The box is 2 3/4 square on top and is 2 inches high. The box itself is make of wood and is black on the inside and on the bottom. The lid is notched so that it fits neatly together with the box frame.
