Unissued Vintage M1 Carbine Sling:
$25

Mint Unissued vintage WWII era M1 Carbine slings. These slings feature painted metal "U"-shaped tabs on both ends. Sling may show minor flaking to the paint on metal parts and may have indentations on canvas from years of storage. No wear, tears, holes or any damage. Possibly reverse "Lend-Lease", exact country of origin is unknown. These slings were discovered in Asia several years ago stored in wooden WWII-dated shipping crates and located with other WWII dated USGI field equipment, most notably, "Boyt"-marked unissued USGI 2-cell M1 carbine magazine pouches. They could possibly be of British Commonwealth origin. Some show signs of extended storage. I have sorted through these slings and separated all damaged slings and will list those separately at a reduced price. These are not reproduction, but are believed by me to be of 1940s origin. Please do not offer if you are uncertain about this item. I have had many comments on these slings and have received one negative response buy a buyer who returned one because it was not US marked and dated. I am offering them at a fraction of the price of a US marked and dated carbine sling. These are not reproduction or fakes, they are vintage. They are quality made items. They are not USGI!I am down to the last bundle of these slings and have reduced the price. This is the end of this supply of high quality unissued M1 Carbine Slings.CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS.
