A superb rare silver plate vestacase. It is unmarked but dates to the late 19th century almost certainly French. It has been unusuallydesigned being in the form of a satchel with a sprung lid. It is in superb conditionbeing free from dings splits holes and repairs, engraved initials to the front. The silver plate is thick andshowing no wear. It measures 1.75 inches (4.4cms) wide by 1.5 inches and weighs 21 grams. A superb quality unusual example.
