USA #65on UnionPatriotic Coverwith a Grid cancel and the Conneaut, Ohio postmark to the left dated 27 SEP. The design is George Washington on horseback with the Flag on a Pedestal with \"UNION\" at the base. Addressed to Miss Layura J. Ross, Farmington, Ohio. The cover is not dated as to year, but is from the Civil War period.Very clean cover.

I recently acquired a large collection of used and unusedUnion patriotic covers from the Civil War period with different George Washington relateddesigns and have been selling the collection on behalf of the family estate.
