SIZE: There is no size tag in the coat. I believe it to be ABOUT an XL, MAYBE an XXL. PLEASE CHECK MEASUREMENTS. THESE ARE APPROXIMATE...finding beginning and ending points to measure proves difficult when there aren\'t always seams for guidance. Please understand that I am not a seamstress and my measurements could be slightly off. If these are your exact measurements, contact me and we can discuss how much play room there might be. The model in this photo is 5\'5\" and weighs 125 pounds and the coat was very roomy on her.

CONDITION: While we are not furriers, we did inspect the coat thoroughly. We found it to be in EXCELLENT Pre-Owned condition. (NOTE: I have sold over 1500 furs and only described a handful in Excellent condition. I never want to oversell my items!) We bought this for resale from a Hollywood Pawn Shop. We were told it had one \"notorious\" owner who faced financial woes and needed some quick cash. We were also told it was only a few years old, was seldom worn and always cold stored. The following is our own assessment of the fur:

The FUR is free of tears, odors and shedding. It is EXTREMELY SUPPLE and SHINY! Because this is a preowned fur I will tell the buyer to expect MINIMAL wear at the collar, cuffs and pocket entries but you will have to search for it! The bottom line on this one is it\'s a beautiful pre-owned coat that should provide warmth and style for years to come.

The LINING has no tears or soiling. There is no monogram in the lining but there is a Neiman Marcus Fur Label as well as a Valentino Label. The lining has a French Hem which gives accessibility to the craftsmanship of the pelts. French Hems are typically found on more expensive coats.
