Stunning original publishers decorated cloth binding. 8.25 inches tall, about 5.75 inches wide.

Condition: Very good ++. Binding is solid and tight. Boards and hinges/joints are nice and sturdy, with no cracking or tears. No missing pages. Some light wear and rubbing to cloth at corners/edges. No foxing, but some light staining. one illustration has a tear, as seen in the photos. A splendid copy and a perfect gift!
