IT\'S DOES WORK, BUT I DOUBT THAT IT\'S ACCURATE AFTER ALL THESE YEARS, AND IT WOULD NEED SOME LUBRICATION. IT\'S A GREAT ITEM FOR DISPLAY, AND IT COULD BE A GREAT ADDITION TO A COLLECTION OF VINTAGE AND ANTIQUE SCALES, OR FOR DISPLAY ON I\'TS OWN.
