This is an exceedingly well made Large British Padlock that dates from the mid 19th Century complete with its original Key. The fine locking mechanism works like a Swiss clock! and the Key is very intricate in its design. The Padlock wears the very nice British stamp of a \"Crowned V.R.\" on the key door. Overall measuring 5 7/8 inches tall by 4 1/8 inches across by 1 3/8 inches deep and weighs an impressive 3 pounds!
