A rare survivor from the days of sail is a very finely made and poignant surface embroidering bookmark featuring prominently a 3 masted sailing ship and an anchor with a loveheart and cross.The makers name is on the back at the bottom - Stevens. Covy. & LondonThis fine fragile item, to preserve and protect it, has been placed between 2 pieces of perspex with the edges neatly covered in a grey tape.The bookmark is a bit tatty, framed and stained but is all there.Overall size 10 x 2 3/4 inchesA rare poignant survivor from the days of sailFrom smoke/pet free home
