I bought this clock some time ago with the intention of having someone professionally restore it for me. It sat around my home in a box and I never did get around to having it looked at. I have abandoned the idea of getting it restored and instead I am offering it on . I know nothing about old clocks so please offer accordingly. The mechanosm is stamped \"New Haven Clock Co.\" bit there are no words on the clock face itself. The glass in the door is missing but both side panels are intact. It is quite large, measuring 24\" tall and 16\" wide at the base. The key and pendulum are also both missing, and I have no idea if it even works or not. The cabinet appears to me to be oak and it is very ornate. I would guess the clock to date back to the turn of the century, but again, I am no expert. This would be a great piece for the person who knows how to restore these old clocks, or it could be used for parts. It is quite heavy.
