Marburg and Frankfort, class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:12.0pt\">You are offerding on the classic 1771 Luther Hymnal in German (SEE PHOTO / SCAN for Title Page Translation in English). This little hymn book surprisingly still has both leather-ornate brass clasps still intact and includes a nice engraving of Luther as well. These early Marburg Hymnals are becoming harder to find especially in complete, original condition as this example.

General Condition:. This is an old book and is showing its age; however, it appears to be original and complete which makes it a sought after survivor. Detailed Description [SIZE: (Small)Approx. 6.0\"h x 3.5\"w x 1.25\" thickness] Pagination [Hymnal] 484 pgs.+ Index / [Communion Prayers] Separate Title Page - 96 pgs. complete including all endpapers - The text block is \'fair\' only and has imperfections throughout including a small tear in the frontispiece engraving approx. an inch at the bottom of the page. Its a great little book but I haven\'t examined every single page; therefore, I am selling it \'AS IS\' - However, I think if you are looking for a copy in original condition you won\'t be disappointed. Misc. Comments:This is a classic Luther Hymnal and its become harder to find examples like this one. A rare opportunity toadd this great little book to your collection!!
