Rarely seen on the internet is my offering the Hummel Wooden Dealer Plaque. It measures approximately 33\" x 22.5\" x 2.5\" deep. According to Robert Miller\'s 10th Edition Hummel book, pg 552, the plaques were made by the woodworking shop in the Goebel factory in the mid 1950s. They were hand painted by artist\'s oil paints by Messrs, Gunther Neubauer and Harald Sommer. A stunning piece for any advanced collector who is seeking the best of the best with extremely low production. There is no Goebel trademark, only a large \"A\" within a circle and a bolt of lightning running through the \"A\" incised on the back. Needless to say there are a few paint rubs over the near 60+ years since production (look at the excellent photos). Though its weight is approximately twenty pounds I am providing free shipping and insurance anywhere in the United States. It is believed that less the 100 were made. One can only speculate as to how many will every go on the market place and the premium it will demand.
