The winding crown is unmarked and in excellent condition, operating smoothly. Turning the watch over we see that the back lid is in excellent PLUS shape, free of any wear or engravings (except \"10K Gold Filled\"), past or present.It wasdesigned as a man\'s watch, but it easily could be worn by today\'s woman.Measurements:25mm wide NOT including the crown. 35mm lug tip to lug tip, takes 18mm spring bars.
Dial:The original dial is in very good original condition, featuring a white dial with original gold hands. Signed LeCoultre below the 12 and Swiss Made at the base of the dial. There are a few age-appropriate patina spots. It is supremely elegant in its simplicity.
Movement:Taking a look inside, we find an original and high-grade mechanism signed LeCoultre Co., Swiss – Seventeen 17 Jewels, VXN with serial number #894,xxx- dating it to 1952.
