Description
This sale is for a rare Royal Doulton figurine hand marked in ink \"A Carpet Vendor.\" Also marked \"Potted by Doulton & Co.\" This figure was designed (andperhapssigned) by Charles J. Noke and made from 1917 to 1936. HN76 is marked inside the figure. The figurine has the numbers \"6.19\" on the base, perhaps indicating it was made in June 1919. Very fine condition, with no cracks, chips, or crazing. The base has a dark green Royal Doulton trademark. The occasional highlights you see are reflections, not defects.Please see pictures for details.
Maximum dimensions: approximately 6 inches high, 4 inches wide and 3 inches deep.
