An Impressive Four Foot Tall Wagon Wheel. We do not play in the shallow end of the pool when it comes to building wooden wagon wheels. We have been in business for 20years, and not justhere on for this particular item. You can beat our wheels with a hammer. We build even our decorative stuff tough.
We build these wheels from hickory, a very strong and resilient wood. The same wood we build our carriage, cannon, vending, and our other 10 or so other styles from. The steel tires (rims) are fire forged and set on the wheels while still hot from the fire pit, assuring a perfect fit. Bolted through at stress points, all steel hardware. This is the highest quality rustic-finished hardwood wheel available on the market, and it will make a statement wherever you put it.
Finishing touches:
We Torch with fire again once the wheel is built. This raises the grain in strong relief, and adds what appears to be many years of use to the wheel. Next, we rub in a warm Oak color stain. Finally, we varnish your wheel for years of extra protection and ease of cleaning. You end up with a wagon wheel that you\'ll be proud to own or pass on to the next generation. Till China catches on, we are the only shop that goes the extra mile and puts a finish on our wheels. Our wood is sourced right here in Richland County, Ohio. Our steel is sourced from nearby Wayne County. We use 100% American wood and steel, the only two ingredients in our wheels.
