Up for sale with is a really fabulous and most unusual Victorian Silver Plate Double Revolving Lid Entree or Supper Dish. I have sold many revolving lid Supper Dishes over the years but I have never seen another with 2 lids that can be opened from either side, being a very Rare find I am sure. The Supper Dish features lovely Victorian Bright Cut designs to the lids, nice Shell form handles and great fancy legs. The Dish also retains it\'s original Pierced Liner which is nice as the food you are serving will not sit in it\'s juices and fat and you can put Hot Water underneath to keep the food very hot for a long time. The Dish is very fine quality throughout and seems to be completely unmarked but this is quite common on Victorian Period Silver. The Dish is in very fine all original condition with a couple spots on one lid and some tiny dint marks but nothing bad for being 125+ years old. The Dish is also a great size for serving measuring 11-1/2\" long by 7-3/4\" wide and standing 6-3/4\" tall or the Liner measures 9-1/2\" long by 7\" wide. I doubt you will find another like this up for sale, let alone with , don\'t miss out, asyou will regret it !
