VICTORIAN/EDWARDIAN ANTIQUE CHILD\'S EMBROIDERED LINEN COAT

This is a small girl’s antique summer coat in cream linen, dating from the beginning of the 20th Century. It is embroidered, with a large collar with blue decoration. It has a concealed fastening to the side with small hooks and small pearl buttons fastening with loops. It is fitted at the waist and the skirt is slightly gathered. The long sleeves have cuffs with some blue embroidery. It bears the label of Debenham & Freebody,, a very famous London retailer, now no longer trading.The chest measurement is 26 inches and the length from shoulder to hem is 19 inches.
The outside length of the sleeves is 11 1/2 inches.The coat is in excellent condition and suitable for wearing or I welcome payment by Paypal from all customers, but would accept payment from U.K. buyers by personal cheque or postal order as well. In the case of payment by cheque, despatch of the goods would take place after clearance of the cheque.

These goods will be sent by Royal Mail second class postage to U.K. customers and the cost would be £4.50
The postage overseas by signed for service would be £13 to the U.S., Canada, Australia and Asia, and £11 to Europe.
