THIS IS SILVERPLATED VICTORIAN FOOTED HOLDER WITH GLASS BLUE RUFFLED BOWL.

THE SIZE: 5 1/4 INCH TALL, 4 3/4 INCH DIAMETER OF THE ROUND BASE WITHOUT FEET,

THE MAKER: MERIDEN SILVER PLATE COMPANY, QUADRUPLE PLATE, LION IN LOGO, 0701.

THE CONDITION: GOOD, BLACK TARNISH ALL OVER, NO PITTING, SOME USAGE MARKS, SCRATCHES ON THE TOP PART WHERE THE GLASS INSERT SITS. UNDER THE UPPER PART THERE ARE 4 PIECES WHICH LOOK LIKE CUT OFF FROM THE REST, MAYBE A HANDLE OR FRAME FOR A BRIDE BASKET. LOVELY ORNATE FEET, NO DENTS, THE UPPER PART DOES NOT SIT EVEN AS YOU MIGHT SEE FROM THE PHOTOS. IT SEEMS THERE IS NO SILVER LOSS ON THE PEDESTAL, ONLY TARNISH AND SCRATCHES.

THE CONDITION: VERY GOOD, NO CHIPS, NO BREAKS, MANY MANUFACTURERS\' FLAWS AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE PHOTOS, DARK DOTS OR NICKS INSIDE THE BOWL, WHITE EXTERIOR IS IN GREAT CONDITION.
