Here we have a wonderful VICTORIAN STERLING SILVER WEBSTER CO CHANGE COIN PURSE CHATELAINE PENDANT FOB.

PIECE is well made and in good condition; HOWEVER, there are dents, dings, surface scratches through out and small marks where it looks like someone tried to pry it open ...marked with Webster's hallmark and STERLING.

PIECE is beautifully decorated featuring a fancy monogram "KCN" written in cursive script--it looks as though someone tried to alter it to "HCN" by putting a hook in the middle of the "K". (see photos) The lid lifts up to reveal a place to keep coins; and the inside of the lid features a gold vermeil. Piece opens and closes well.

Circa 1880-1910.

PIECE measures approx 1 5/8" long by 1 1/2" wide by 11/16" deep and weighs 19 grams and is fresh out of an old Baltimore estate.
