A most gorgeous 18ct gold ring set with a large 3.8ct sapphire having a surround of 1.2cts of brilliant cut diamonds, C.1980. The ring is a size O 1/2, UK or 7 1/2, US, the face measuring 17.1mm x 15.5mm. There are approx 1.2cts of well matched and bright brilliant cut diamonds, they are apprx G/H in colour and SI1 in clarity. The sapphire is approx 3.8cts and has a beautiful colour saturation and is a stunning deep cornflower blue. The ring is in excellent condition, light wear associated with age, the shank has hardly any thinning, all settings are sound. It has been cleaned and polished and settings checked. I can resize the ring, it will delay posting by about a week, no charge for this service. Thanks for looking and please ask any questions.
