Pair of beautiful Art Deco metal French clown Pierrot bookends from around 1920. Wonderful detailing on the cast metal figures and bases. Each bookend measures 5\"H x 4-7/8\"W x 3-3/4\"Depth and weighs approx. 1 lb 6 oz. Not sure what the metal is, but it has a great gray patina to it, perhaps a zinc alloy. One bookend is missing it\'s felt bottom, so you can see they are hollow. There are no major flaws, just a couple scuffs in the finish, no dents or repairs that have been done. I do not see a maker mark, label, or country of origin. They are very nice regardless.Due to the recent postage increases I can no longer offer free shipping on large heavier items.
