VINTAGE 1930 - 1939 GRISWOLD (Large Logo) P/N 704 SIZE No. 8 CAST IRON SKILLET:

Griswold Mfg. Co. cast iron Size No. 8 Skillet, circa 1930 to 1939. The underside is impressed marked GRISWOLD (large block logo) CAST IRON SKILLET / 8 / ERIE PA., U. S. A. / 704 (pattern no.). The top of the handle is impressed marked 8. The pan measures 10 9/16 inches in diameter, 11 1/4 inches from spout to spout, 15 3/8 inches from the end of its handle, across the pan and stands 2 1/16 inches tall. Its weight is 4 pounds 3 ounces.
This is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks, rust or pitting and the bottom sits perfectly flat with no wobbling. It has been well cleaned, properly seasoned for cooking and displays well.
