This dress had belonged to my mom, but has been stored in a tub for decades. I found 4 small holes where it has pulled apart at seams. So should be easy fix. One red button missing. Two pockets with polka dot trim. The neatest thing is the red hood with white polka dots. It is small. Bust probably 28-30. Waist to bottom about 24\". I have not cleaned it. I\'m calling this white, but probably closer to a cream color.
