For sale, a beautiful vintage 1940s all hand painted tole tray. So Cottage Chic! Love these tole trays, no two are alike! These were given as mostly wedding gifts in the 1940s. Great American Folk Art!
This is quite a large hand painted tole tray, it is 24 1/2\" in long x 18\" wide, nice handles at each end, nice reticulated cut out design on the tray. Rectangular shaped tole tray.
Traditional black background with gold gilt trim, lot\'s of lovely large Cabbage roses with trailing green vines and leaves. Beautiful vivid color\'s. Love the craftsmanship, you can feel each brush stroke.
This tray is in great used condition for it\'s age and use. Very minor marks. Still vivid color\'s.
This would look outstanding displayed in your home.
Time to thin out my collections! I have been a collector for over 30 years now.
