What a find at our latest adventure to an estate sale! Loads of WONDERFUL vintage to some modern fabric, dates back to the 1940\'s & 50\'s to the 70\'s, 80\'s and some pieces from the 90\'s. The previous owner was a seamstress for over 50 years, both in the US and internationally. She worked for years with a tailor in Europe, then here in the USA. All the fabric was placed in bags, then in totes and sealed for protection. All the fabric came from a smoke free and pet free home.

I will be listing LOTS of pieces that are yardage. Some brand names and some unbranded. The fabric came from fine shops, or from Jo-Ann, Wal-Mart and other stores. Some still have the tags with the dates! Most of the fabric is still as good as the day she purchased it, others will have flaws and/or minor spots. I will note if there are any and post pictures.

This listing is for a very lovely piece of vintage fabric, it is unmarked, not sure about the age but looks like from the 1960\'s or 70\'s. It is either cotton or a cotton blend. The print is mini pink roses on a white background. It measures 2 yards + 15\" long x 44 \" wide, (87\" x 44\").

This fabric is pre-owned, unused, condition. There are no spots, stains, rips, tears and no odors. One end is cut crooked, I did not included that area in the measurements, see the last picture.
