VINTAGE 1960s-70s MOD SAKS FIFTH AVENUE DRESS WITH BELL SLEEVES - EXCELLENT!

My mom collected vintage clothing for many years, and I am selling more of her collection. This time I have lots of Victorian clothing, plus more from the 1950s-70s. I am no expert on the clothing eras, so am making an educated guess on many of these. All of the clothing has been carefully stored in a dry attic, in archival containers. This sale is for a great Saks Fifth Avenue mod look dress from the 1960s-70s. The dress is marked 100% cotton, but Dry Clean Essential. The fabric appears to be a wild black print chiffon with a wide black waist inset. The dress features a short, flippy skirt, bell sleeves, center back zipper and scoop neck. Chest measures approx. 34\", waist approx. 28\", and skirt length is approx. 22\" (from waist). A great mod \"hippy\" dress in excellent condition!
