This was my copyofthe Sept. 1964 Popular Annual Dave Clark 5 VS The Beatles magazine.I bought this as a 12-year-old and put it away in my Beatles trunk with all my other Beatles stuff. Nothing wrongwith it inside, no tears, no writing, no missing pages.The front lower corner has a 1.5 inchdiagonal crease that is not very noticeable, just part of being stored away for over 50 years. Never exposed to smoke, perfume or scent of any kind.My Beatles stuff just stayed in its footlocker until recently when I decided it was time for other collectors to have it.Has normal yellowing of pages due to its age, but it was keptout of the light until now and is being stored away from light now.
