VINTAGE 9.5\" COBALT BLUE AND HAND PAINTED FLOWERS PLATE UNMARKED JAPAN?:

This plate measures about 9.5\" across and stands 1-1/8\" tall.Theouter edge iscobalt blue with gold trim. The flowers are raised in areas and it feels hand painted. Previous owner collected mostly Bavarian china, but this feels more Japan (not sure), and itis heavier (weighs 1.4 pounds). Very pretty plate, but there is wear in the gold trim, where it was probably stacked with other plates. No chips or cracks and it is unmarked.
