Wright & McGill fly rod, three piece rod, extra tip, four pieces total.Reel seat is marked and there is a faint marking on the rod. The second rod tip is broken. The guide thread is different on the second tip but the ferrules and ferrule threads look identical. Comes with sleeve and will ship in the aluminum tube.
