Not sure who made it. Very nice old heavy piece. There is one minor chip on the bottom base- see pictures. See pictures for measurements. Great piece. What you see is what you get. Needs cleaned and polished. I didn\'t want to damage it in any way that is why I didn\'t clean it. Comes with scuffs and scratches. Please see pictures and you be the judge on details and conditions.
