Written in blue& red watercolour just below thepainting \"Gloria in excelsis Deo\" latin for \"Glory to God in the Highest.\"Thepainting of Altar boy measures 9 1/8\" wide by 11 5/8\" high, signed& dated in the bottom left hand side. The original back matting measures approx. 15\" wide by 20\" high.
