Very good cosmetic condition, from an Australian houshold estate.

The watch as can be seen, is in outstanding overall conditioncurrently is in good WORKINGORDER, it may require a service at any time. The watch has been observed to keep fairly good time.

The crystal is acrylic, very clear ...

The Solid 9 carat (9ct,375) yellow gold case is hallmarked inside caseback , expect some light wear to the case. Lovely Art Deco styling with a rare enamel surround in a designed powder blue colouring...
The caseback is hinged and opens with a thumbnail, inside are the gold hallmarks, and also various markings , Import LONDON assay mark (Zodiac Leo sign) and Date stamp (small letter \'r\' indicates a 1932 stamping)
There is another signifcant stamp just above the serial number stamp, I can\'t quite make out what it is, but most likely a Swiss Poinçons de Maître marking

The watch dial is very good with simple and easy to read layout, and hour & minute hands in prussian blur colour. Has a numeral design, with black and red 12 o\'clock, minutes indicated with small gold markers.... simply beautiful !

The band is rolled gold(hallmarked inside the clasp), Montal branded...also in very good condition with some light age wear.

The watch case is approx 27mm wide, not including crown.

Well packed for postage to avoid damage.

I take good clear, sharp pictures, so you can buy with confidence, that what you see is what you get. and some photos are taken close up to show full detail, imperfections and all. The watch service history is unknown.

In As-Found condition and as a used watch is sold without warranties, and should not be subjected to water without correct pressure testing...
