This is a really nice vintage brown transferware A. Bros (also known as Ashworth & Bros.) rectangular shaped large platter. It is the Empress pattern. It is white with brown scrolls and vines. It measures 15-3/4\" x 12-1/4\". It is in very nice condition for its age except for a two teensy chips (mostly in the glaze) on two of the corners. They are so small I cannot get a picture. It does have crazing and some browning which is to be expected in a platter this old. The back is marked A. Bros. Empress with a crown and the number 18. There is also the number 7189 and a crown imprinted in the pottery.
