Hello, Here I have a 1973 red vest with white polka dots and a white blouse with black polka dots and navy checkered trim on the sleeves and around the neck which also has a large matching navy and white checkered bow for Barbie and friends. This also came with a red polka dot skirt and red pilgrims shoes. Mattel stopped giving names to outfit in 1972. According to the web site I use for dolls, it says a collector named this outfit Polka Dot Perfect #3203. Barbie got thirty new outfits in 1973. These clothes do not have tags or labels. The blouse has one working snap in the back on the neck, it has a couple pin size stains you can see in the fifth picture.
