RARE 1960\'S BRITISH BBC STUDIO LIGHT

A Beautiful old studio lamp, converted for modern use in the Home or Office.

The light has been superbly engineered and features:- A ventilated body
- 360 degree rotation
- Fresnel lens
- Spot beam focus
- Internal reflector

This lightis now prized forits iconic style, industrial design and wonderful history.

The spot light has been professionally polished on the front and back of the lamp.The Lamp was manufactured in the 1960\'s by a Lighting company \"Major\" based in Nottingham.The lamp has the manufacturers name cast into the front of the lamp.

We take pride in the finished result as the lights represent a unique and rare piece of design history.

The Light gives a clear-cut soft beam of lighting.

The Light is presented on a handmade wooden tripod that has been fully restored and features rich detailed fittings.The Tripodis height adjustable from 75 cm\'s to 170 cm\'s.We have converted the light for domestic use andhad the Light fitted with a Filament Light Bulb.The light has been professionally re-wired with 3 core quality vintage style lighting flex and fitted with a high quality CEApproved inline foot dimmer switch.The dimmer switch allows for the light to be turned on and off with the press of a button or to change the brightness from a
warm glow to bright spot light with the sliding control.The Dimmer also features a night location neon indicator.

This light has been fully pat tested by a certified tester for electrical safety and meets with the current safety requirements.

The light looks great in modern or period homes or for the finishing touch in an executive office.
