STUNNING COLORFUL GLAZED POTTERY/CERAMIC 6PC CHIP AND DIP SET ON LAZY SUSAN

This ceramic snack set has the most beautiful glaze with a creamy base color and swirls of different purples, silvers, and bright gold (most likely real gold leaf?) and would be great for your upcoming Halloween party or any party throughout the year. The shapes of the separate dishes are very atomic in nature and the rocket or space ship fin design of the 50\'s era cars shown on the lid of the center covered dish. The photos show a good example of the colors and patterns of the glaze. The cream glaze is also somewhat of a crackle glaze. Each of the 4 base dishes are marked on the bottom Marcia of Calif, which was know as Marcia Ceramics of California and was in business from the early 50\'s to the 70\';s in West San Gabrial Valley, California. by the look and design and some research i would put this piece in the mid 50\'s. This set would be desirableto many different types of collectors fromcollectors of Machine Age, Deco, Eames Era, Jet Age streamline or industrial items and would look Perfect inany room of your house. I am getting rid of some great items as our house has become too cluttered, so check for other items i will be listing. DIMENSIONS: The diameter of the lazy Susan is ~16 inches inches.

DETAILS/CONDITION:The colors are amazing as well as the shape of the ceramic dishes. The grey lazy susan part revolves nicely. After feeling all the edges of the ceramics i could only find one flea bite to the lid of the covered dish which is very hard to see. There are also a few small chips to the wood area of the lazy susan which can be seen on the last 2 photos. Iam a collector of many eras however I am not an expert on any particular one and my knowledge only comes from research, so please ask any questions prior to purchasing!! The only thingI did to this is wiped it off from dust accumulation, from sitting in my living room along with all of my other mid century modern eames era items.
