The Franklin Mint Heirloom Recommendation Carousel Memories Plate by Sandi Lebron. This plate is porcelain plate is in excellent condition. The pictures don\'t show just how beautiful this plate is. Plate number I8252. NO chips or cracks. This plate would be a great addition to any collection. In the original box, no COA.
The vast majority of the items I sell are vintage and/or pre owned. I do not know what they have been exposed to or where they have been. Everything we sell, we purchase at estate sales, sales, etc. We do not know where they have been, or what they have been exposed to. We don\'t want to sell anything we wouldn\'t want for ourselves.We look very closely at all items for damage, odors, etc. We clean everything as good as we can. Sometimes issues do get past us.
We very often use previously used packing materials.On items up for offer, we do not set up reserves.
