A wonderful vibrant orange authentic old Neiger scarab bead necklace in completely authentic vintage condition. These lovely old scarab beads are on their original stringing and still have both their original wooden beads in between the scarabs as well as their other original ornate glass beads. The beads are all knotted on green thread which has faded slightly in colour over the years. Do enlarge the photos to see the original details clearly.
The beads are in very good original condition with minimal loss of the colour in the indentations - especially on the scarabs and no damage. There is some wear to the surface of the wooden beads clearly visible in the photos. This has been tucked away in a jewellery box for many decades!
The necklace measures 39 inches in length with the scarab beads measuring just over 1/2 an inch in length.
