Manufactured by JOLIN CO> of Appleton, Wis. [perhaps a broommanufacturer]during and probably after the World War II.The creator was Featured on Antique`s Roadshow in July, 2002, with his modelsbeing recognized as unique samples of American folk art and their connectionto the Home Front during the War as models for spotters. They are not the norm, but very simple. My knowledge is VERY limited in this venue, but from the ground, looking at the underbelly, I think this resembles a Spitfire.
Approximately12\" long with a wingspan of 20\".All wood including the wheels and in very nice condition.
