Here is a nice looking vintage Vietnam War-era Elgin 10BNCH military MIL-W-3318A non-hacking watch movement in good running condition. The metal case shows only light scratch wear and no damage, dings or dents. The dial is still very clear. The crystal has some small marks and scratches - it is also very slightly loose in the bezel. The watch is running and is keeping time to about 2 minutes per day with no adjustment. I do not have a case opening key for these watches but it is guaranteed to be all original. The watch is 38mm in width including the winding crown and 41mm from lug to lug.
