You are offerding on a rare Vintage Cigar holder from Even Steven 5 cent cigars C. E. Bair & Sons ! They were the makers and they were from HARRISBURG PA ! It doesn\'t say Harrisburg on it but it is definitely from there company that was based there ! It is made of a thick cardboard material and It is in good condition for it\'s age does have some wear and tear and some cracks at the bottom of the holder but this is a nice early piece !
