This beautiful hand quilted all cotton quilt was made in the Grandmother\'s Flower Garden pattern in the 1940s by my grandmother. It has been in our family since it was made. Amazing vintage hand-pieced, hand-quilted patchwork quilt in the favored Grandmother\'s Flower Garden pattern. It measures about 84\" x 70\" and is entirely composed of scrap material from making clothing for the girls in the family. A truly exceptional example of my favorite type of quilt - a scrap quilt made during WWII on a white background. No stains.The last two photos show three very small holes that cover about a 2\" square area and the last photo show a 1/2\" ware spot on the binding. Excellent vintage condition and clean. The quilt also showcases the talent of an accomplished quilter. The hand stitching is exceptional. This one would make a lovely gift for yourself, or some other special person.
