This is a vintage Heddon \" President\" 3 piece bamboo fishing rod. It is 110 inches. The bottom with handle is 39\", the middle part is 39\" and the top is 32\" long. It is in good used condition and missing 1 guide.Was just informed by an er that this may be made by Horrock Ibbotson Co. instead of Heddon.
