I am selling this lovely and rare 1939 Judy Garland Ideal doll for my sister. She purchased the doll approximately 55 years ago in a secondhand shop below the Pike Place Market in Seattle. The doll is in remarkably good condition with few flaws and little crazing. The doll has remained untouched with NO repairs or changes made to her with the exception of the ribbons I added for some of the photos. We believe the slip with attached panties which she was wearing at the time of purchase is original and is unwashed. Her hair, though a little messy, is the original human hair wig and is in good condition. Her eyes, eyelashes, and eye brows all look perfect to me. I encourage you to look carefully at the photos and closeups. I will list all flaws which are apparent to me after close inspection and which I have tried to show in the photos. Again, I consider these flaws to be very minor but feel obligated to point them out. She really is quite beautiful. 1. MISSING SOME RED PAINT ON LIPS AND IN NOSTRILS 2.
