We ship within 36 hours of payment being received (consider that our post office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays). We ship our figures via USPS First class mail. Each figure is individually wrapped in bubblewrap and then card and sent in protective mailers.

POINT 5: SENDING US MESSAGES & FREQUENT “ANSWERS” TO QUESTIONS
A/ No need to message us and ask us to pack your item carefully. We will. That’s how we are in business and have over 10,000 positive responses. Also, you do not need to tell us how to pack an item.

B/ Once we receive positive response, we leave positive response for you. We will not leave response before you do.

So the package will turn up. Call your postal service and give them the tracking number. Then Call your Customs office. We cannot and we WILL NOT be held responsible for their actions. Do not buy the item if you do not trust in your postal service.

G/ Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded once we drop off at the post office. So no need to ask us for the number. You will get the tracking info as soon as we get the item scanned at the post office.

If USPS tracking says your item has been delivered to the address you have on file with . They have! No ifs, no buts. They delivered. I believe USPS, so contact your post office. Not us. So no refund!!!
