The seller cleaned and/or polished this item, however it may need additional cleaning and/or polishing by jeweler. Any existing repairs are described in the description and can be seen in the photos. If a repair is needed it will be noted in the description.

PAYMENT DETAILS

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL buyers MUST PAY WITH PAYPAL

A notification by email will be sent shortly after the sale ends indicating amount due for the cost of item and shipping and insurance costs. This amount must be paid by the buyer within three (3) days of the closing date of the sale.

If an item is not paid for and the seller has not been contacted by the buyer within 3 days of the sale closing the item will be forfeited and an Unpaid Item case will be opened with . All unpaid item cases will be decided by and their decision will be final. A buyer should contact the seller as soon as possible if payment cannot be made within three days. The seller will attempt to work with a buyer if special circumstances arise and payment cannot be made within three (3) days from sale closing.

Following receipt of payment, an email will be sent to the addresslisted in the checkout with complete order details and payment and tracking information.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are not negotiable!Items are carefully packaged using appropriate boxes, bubble wrap, paper or packaging peanuts.For what it costs for packing materials and postage seller\'s shipping prices are more than fair.

Shipping costs are based on size and weight of package, destination, type of shipping service (ground or air), and carrier (U.S. Post Office or UPS). Seller requires insurance on all items valued at $50.00 or more. In some cases, insurance may be an additional cost which must be paid by the buyer.

Whenever possible all packages will be sent with Delivery Confirmation so the package can be tracked and date of delivery known. All items shipped by U.S Postal Service priority mail service have delivery confirmation and insurance included in the shipping costs.

DomesticShipping

The seller ships toallUSdestinations, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii costs may be higher than shipping in the continental United States do a buyer should contact the seller to determine what the extra costs may be for shipping to these destinations. Also it takes 5 to 10 days longer for a package to reach these states.

All items will be shipped with the U.S Postal Service unless an item is prohibited (i.e. perfume, liquids, etc.). If an item is excessively heavy, oversize, or cannot be shipped through the post office it will be shipped with an alternative shipping service such as UPS ground. Any item may be picked at Pieces of Time in Sequim, Washington during regular business hours.

The most economical type of shipping will be used unless another form of shipping is requested by the buyer. Normally items are shipped through the post office in flat rate boxes which include shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation costs.

All buyers from foreign countries must contact the seller prior to offerding to determine if the seller can ship to a country. Residents of Canada do not need to contact the seller prior to offerding on an item.

International shipping charges are not the same as US shipping charges. Shipping charges will be calculated by country and an invoice will be sent once an sale is completed. The shipping price is non-negotiable.

Unless specifically requested all international packages will be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service using International Priority Mail. Shipping cost is based on destination and weight and size of the package.

It is illegal to falsify customs documents on international shipments. The seller will list the actual amount paid for an item(s) and an accurate description of the goods purchased will be entered on all forms. The seller does not mark merchandise values below the actual value or mark items as \"gifts\". US and International government regulations prohibit such actions.All customs forms will be completed as required by law. The seller follows U.S customs regulations for shipping items purchased in the United States which are sent to a foreign country or Canada.

CombinedShipping

The seller will combine shipping when multiple items are purchased. A buyer may combine shipping for items from sales ending within 48 hours of each other. The buyer must notify the seller immediately at the end of an sale when combined shipping is wanted so the seller can recalculate shipping costs and send a new invoice.

A buyer should not pay until an invoice for combined shipping costs has been issued.

It is strongly suggested that a buyer pay for insurance for all breakable and other fragile items. Any item sold for more than $50.00 must be insured.In most cases, the cost of insurance is included in the shipping costs if an item is sent by priority mail with the U.S. Postal Service.

The seller is not responsible for any damage, breakage or loss once the package is delivered to the post office or shipping company.

If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, the buyer must contact the seller within 3 days. A buyer is responsible for filing any claims for lost or damaged packages. Do not return items damaged in shipment to the seller; doing so will void the shipping insurance provided with the item. A buyer must keep the damaged item(s) and all original packing materials for possible inspection by the post office or other carrier. The seller does not issue refunds for items lost or damaged by the post office or shipping company. The post office or carrier will issue any refunds after a claim is properly filed by the buyer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from the seller so a buyer must contact the seller before returning an item.A buyer must contact the seller within 14 days stating the buyer wishes to return an item. The request should be made by e-mail and must include the reason for returning an item.The seller will work with a buyer to resolve any problem as quickly as possible

The seller must receive an item back from the buyer within 30days of the item being delivered to a buyer\'s address and confirmed by delivery confirmation to get a refund. The seller will notify the buyer when the item is received and a refund will be issued at that time. No refund will be issued for any item returned after 30 days, unless the seller has authorized the return. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.If an item is not returned, then a refund will NOT be issued - no exceptions. Buyers must pay all return shipping costs.

All returns must include user ID, item number, and a brief reason for the return. A tracking number must be provided to the seller indicating when the item was sent out for return.

In most cases, the seller will only issue refunds for defective items or errors made by the seller. The buyer must contact the post office or shipping service for a refund if an item has been damaged, broken or lost during shipment. The seller will not issue a refund for insurance claims or damage caused during shipping.
