Up forsale isa great vintage tin play set or farm set made by MARX in the 1950\'s to 1960\'s. It is called LAZY-DAY FARM and it comes with many of the original accessories. I counted the barn plus 72 accessories to make it a 73 piece set. The barn is in quite good condition. There are a few dings and scratches but nothing horrible. Very little, if any, rust. There isan area on the floor of the barn (about 1\" square) where the paint has rubbed off. Thereare also a few scratches on the top of the green roof and on the back of the roof. Thesetin play setsappear to be a bit rare when they are in good cosmetic condition as is this one. I have taken as many pictures as I can to show each side of the barn, the animals, accessories,fences, and the inside of the barn. The colored lithographs inside of the barn are amazing. See photos 6, 7, and 8 to see how nice they look. All of the accessories seem to be in good working condition except for a small crack in one of the fence rails and the tractor\'s wheel has broken off. Lots of cool stuff for achild to play with or a neat collection of vintage items for the collector. Bear in mind, the barn and accessories are not perfect and they are used, but everything seems to be in very good condition considering the age of the play set.

The dimensions of the barn are approx. 14 inches wide by 9 1/4\" inched deep by 9 1/4\" tall. I have bagged up all of the accessories and they will fit inside the barn for shipping. The total weight for everything BEFORE the box and packing material is almost exactly 3 pounds. I imagine with the box it may go a little over 4 pounds total.

This is a really cool and collectible item to have.It has no strange smells. We are a smoke-free, pet-freehome.
