VINTAGE MEN’S MID-CENTURY PRINT SWIM TRUNKS SUIT circa 1950s-60s Size L:

This pair of mid-century swim trunks has strikingred-gray-black vertical stripes, with matching horizontal stripes along thesides. The elasticized waist band has an inside drawstring and a full(front-to-back) inside liner made of a soft knit fabric. There is a small front button pocket forkeys/coins. There is one small holewhere the inside liner has separated from the elasticized leg opening (seephotos), but the overall condition is excellent.

There is no tag identifying maker, fabric or size. However, the fabric feels like cotton. The waist measures about 35 inchesunstretched and will stretch to about 43 inches. The outside leg measures about 10 incheslong. The top waist to bottom crotchmeasures about 12-13 inches. Based onthese measurements, I judge these to be a men’s size Large.
