Complete and original NuTone Art Deco K-14 Skyline wall mount door bell unit. 2 chime, and for two doors. Can operate on AC with transformer or DC with dry cell batteries. Approximately 7.5\" wide, 4.5\" tall and 2\" deep. Center cover removes for wall mount and wiring. Clean white plastic, no chips cracks or stains, only the very lightest rub from the box lid on the center cover. Has bottom \"grill\" to hide bell from view below. Facing the unit, the lower right side metal band does have a replaced rivet, and the band is slightly warped, but looks easily correctable. Probably from the 1940s or 1950s, would look great in an Art Deco, International or mid-century home. Comes with original box, instruction sheet and hardware (screws in an envelope). The instructions included indicate that a 10V transformer is standard and adequate. If there is an illuminated buzzer or house number, or if there are two chimes in the house, then up to 20V is recommended. Also, the higher the voltage the harder the strike/ring of the chime. In a nutshell, 10V minimum, 20V maximum, depending on the configuration in the house.
