On Apr-02-13 at 06:48:39 PDT, seller added the following information:The instructions included indicate that a 10V transformer is standard and adequate. If there is an illuminated buzzer or house number, or if there are two chimes in the house, then up to 20V is recommended. Also, the higher the voltage the harder the strike/ring of the chime. In a nutshell, 10V minimum, 20V maximum, depending on the configuration in the house.
